EARTH SCIENTIST

Job Title / Code : Earth Scientist (Ext-6/ES/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/EVERGREEN/2012)

Summary of Job / Qualification :

• More than 4 years related experience in oil and gas company or Geothermal industry.
• Minimum GPA : 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• Minimum degree : S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advantage).
• Familiar with development geology/geophysics work progress and have the ability to integrate seismic, well, and production data to evaluate reservoirs.
• Conduct studies learning to recommendations for field well locations and/or re-completions zones for depleted well ot those reaching there economic limit in the individual reservoirs.
• Familiar with Advance Geology/Geophysics, Landmark, GeoQuest, Oil & Gas Operations, Seismic Processing and Intepretation, Well Log, Petroleum/Reservoir/Drilling for G&G.
• Able to identify issues, problems, and opportunities.
• Strong in technology by challenging paradigms; thinks expansively and evaluates multi-solutions.
• Strong in monitoring exploration/development progress.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
• Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.
• Strong in seeking learning activities.
• Able to establish effective relationship with people of other culture and backgrounds.
