Summary of Job / Qualification :

• Minimum degree : S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advantage).
• More than 4 years related experience in oil and gas company or Geothermal industry.
• Have significant expertise in Human Resources matters, such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Total Remuneration, Organization Capability, Industrial Relations, HR Planning-Strategy & Communication, HR Operation, etc.
• Familiar with employee administration process.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Flexible and open minded.
• Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects, and support others.
• Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations location (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
• Desiring to work in multicultural and diverse organization.
• Strong in seeking learning activities.
• Able to establish effective relationship with people of other culture and backgrounds.
