Summary of Job / Qualification :

• More than 4 years related experiences in oil and gas company or Geothermal industry.
• Minimum GPA : 2.75 (out of 4.00).
• Minium degree : D3.
• Be able to correct and safe operations of spesific equipment under his control.
• Familiar to handle Crude Oil and Gas Processing, Progammable Logic Controller, Safety Shutdown Logic System, Operation Trouble Shooting and Facilities Equipment Operation.
• Familiar with Operational Excellent Management System and Operational Excellent Leadership Roles and Behavior and also Safe Practices with Government Regulation related to HES.
• Be able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintain trust, respects, and support others.
• Good interpersonal relationship skill.
• Be able to take initiative to Prevent and Resolve Issues.
• Strong in ensuring Quality Results.
• Stronng in contribution to Team Success.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
• Desiring to work in multicultural and diverse organization.
• Strong in seeking learning activites.
• Able to establish effective relationship with people of other culture and backgrounds.
