• More than 4 years related experiences in oil and gas company or Geothermal industry.
• Minimum GPA : 2.75 (out of 4.00).
• Minimum degree : S1 (S2/Master degree will be an advatage).
• Has significant expertise in communications, government, and community relations.
• Good understanding of communication strategy and plan.
• Able to incorporate principles of communications into daily works.
• Able to build and manage network with key stakeholders.
• Quick learner and adjustment into new corporate culture, value, and work environment.
• Have good listening skills and relationship-building.
• Engage people (gets along well with people and team work).
• Willing to travel and ready to work extra hours (flexible regarding work hours).
• Gets along well with people and an effective team player.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
• Desiring to work in multicultural and diverse organization.
• Strong in seeking learning activities.
• Able to establish effective relationship with people from other culture and backgrounds.
